Carter English a handsome 10yr old, Tabby presented in early August for difficulty breathing. Carter's medical work up revealed he had heart problems that resulted in fluid retention. Carter was lucky to have a dedicated family who were willing to work with the doctor to carefully manage his changing needs over the next several months until a good balance could be found. While Carter's heart problems are advanced, his family and our team remain dedicated to helping him have the best quality of life possible.
